I had a grand ol'time last night, socializing with an old friend, who knew of this other local actress I'd encountered at auditions, bringing my younger brother and cousin to make it a joyous 5'some. It washed away the bad audition I did hours before. I wasn't prepared enough. I should've let the guy go ahead of me when asked if I wanted to go in. I didn't feel ready when he asked if I was. I just wanted to get it over with, but that's always a bad choice to make; should've made the most of it. Whenever I do a bad audition, I always consider quitting. My mind always goes there, but I'm feeling better now. I sent off my resume and cover letter online to a restaurant yesterday, hoping I'll either get out of Wendy's or have both jobs for a bit, then drop Wendy's. I have a play coming up and I need time set aside for that. Only 3 work days this week, same as last week then next week! I can't survive off this measely job! Hopefully I'll do some background work or get a role on camera and earn some real cash, soon!
